Cooking Instructions: Maryland-Style Crab Cakes

Serving Size: Appetizer: 1 crab cake per person ; Entrée: 2 to 3 per person


2-3 3 OUNCE CRAB CAKES; SERVES1

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

 

BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly brush crab cakes with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Turn once during baking.

    • FROZEN: Cook 25 minutes
    • THAWED: Cook 15 minutes

 

PAN-FRY

  1. Thaw packaged crab cakes on a dish in the refrigerator.*
  2. Preheat skillet with thin layer of oil to medium-high.
  3. Cook 3-5 minutes each side (or until golden brown).

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking.
