Cooking Instructions: Rack of Lamb & Marinated Rack of Lamb
Serving Size: Each Lamb Rack serves 2 to 4
24 OUNCE RACK; SERVES 2-4
Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.
ROAST
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly brush lamb with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary or favorite herb.
- Roast fat-side up on a roasting rack or pan for 18-24 minutes for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.
GRILL
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Lightly brush lamb with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary or favorite herb.
- Grill fat-side down 8-12 minutes. Turn and grill 8-12 minutes more for medium-rare or to desired internal temperature.

Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
