This Australian Wagyu is derived from prized Japanese Wagyu of unmatched lineage and distinction. Born wild on the northern Australian rangelands, these cattle roam free in family groups, grazing native grasses for at least two years. They continue to grow and mature in spacious pens where they are fed a bespoke grain diet, much of which is grown on farm. The result is well-marbled Wagyu that is supremely tender with rich, decadent caramelized flavors that linger on the palate. Grade: BMS 6-7.
