Wild-caught Black Grouper Filets

Firm, flaky and deliciously mild Read More

Our skinless and boneless Black Grouper has firm, extra lean white meat which cooks up with large, tender flakes. The flavor is between bass and halibut, mild yet distinctive. With good moisture retention, Black Grouper takes well to baking or sautéing with butter, wine or sauces. This versatile fish is found in warm temperate tropical waters, around the coral reefs and rock outcroppings of the coastal shelf. Source: Wild caught Gulf of Mexico, Product of Mexico.
