Your order will arrive with product either frozen or partially thawed. Product that arrives thawed but still cold to the touch can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days if kept in a refrigerator.

While most deliveries will arrive with your product remaining frozen, weather and delivery delays may result in your product becoming thawed while in-transit. Product that arrives thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days.
PLEASE NOTE - Allen Brothers is not responsible for delivery delays due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Customers are required to provide accurate shipping addresses for Allen Brothers to guarantee delivery. Failure to provide correct shipping addresses voids our guarantee and will require additional payment, including the cost of shipping, if a replacement order is to be sent.

Allen Brothers products are clearly identified and uniquely coded. Each steak or roast is weighed on an electronic digital scale to ensure that products sold by weight always meet or exceed the minimum stated weight. For products sold by thickness, we carefully cut to the specified thickness, with weight varying accordingly. Thickness measurements are approximate for weight-based items.

If you have concerns with your recent delivery, please contact atyourservice@allenbrothers.com or 1.800.957.0111 no later than the next business day. It is helpful to email photos of the product/shipment in question to help us better identify the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Our "Promise of Excellence" is your assurance of quality from Allen Brothers. If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or issue a gift card, provided you notify us no later than the next business day after receipt of your order.
